This report gives an in-depth look at the various components of the HTHC project. The project was a cross-sector collaboration that implemented a county-wide dental health care coordination system to ensure Medi-Cal eligible children (ages 0 through 20) received preventive and continuity of care dental services necessary to ensure their oral health. The success of this project was a result of established partnerships with dental providers, community-based organizations, and community clinics.
